Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE These are the legal terms and conditions under which we supply the products (“Products”) listed on our website www.glasshouseclosets.co.uk (“our site”) to you. Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before ordering any Products. By placing an order to purchase any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, regardless of whether or not you register with us. These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide Products, how we may change or end the contract, and other key information.

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY 2.1. We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you attempt to place an order outside our delivery areas, we reserve the right to cancel it.


3. YOUR STATUS 3.1. You may only purchase Products if: (a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. (b) You are the authorized user of the payment method used. (c) You reside in a country we deliver to.


4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE 4.1. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order. 4.2. Your order is accepted only when we email dispatch confirmation. The contract is formed at that point. 4.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or pricing errors.


5. DELIVERY 5.1. Delivery is completed once we deliver to the address provided. 5.2. You will own the Products once payment is complete. 5.3. Estimated delivery times and shipping methods are completed

UK Standard Delivery: Up to 5 working days    

UK Next Day Delivery: Order before 3pm Mon-Friday and before 12pm Sat-Sun Arrive Next Day

Northern Ireland Standard Delivery:  5-7 working days  


6. PRICE AND PAYMENT 6.1. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. 6.2. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. 6.3. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. 6.4. We may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.


7. RETURNS & REFUNDS 7.1. Customers in the UK or EEA may cancel within 14 days of receiving their Products. 7.2. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. 7.3. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after return inspection. 7.4. We may deduct from your refund if the returned Product is damaged or used.

8. FAULTY PRODUCTS 8.1. We are under a legal duty to supply Products in conformity with the contract. 8.2. If you believe a Product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at capboxclaims@yahoo.com 8.3. We may ask for photo evidence before issuing refunds.


9. CANCELLATION POLICY 9.1. You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch. After dispatch, return procedures apply. 9.2. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.


10. ACCOUNT USAGE 10.1. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. 10.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts with unusual or abusive return behavior.


11. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS 11.1. Promotional codes are valid only for one-time use and may not be combined. 11.2. We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at any time.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 12.1. All content on our site is owned or licensed by Glasshouse Closets. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 13.1. We are not liable for indirect losses or business interruption. 13.2. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.


14. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL 14.1. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events beyond our control.


15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 15.1. These Terms are governed by English law. You may bring proceedings in your local courts if residing in the UK or EEA.
