At The Cap Box UK, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by your order number

We'll provide the return address and further instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will:

  • Approve or reject your refund (based on condition)

  • If approved, issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

  • Email you a confirmation once complete

If your refund is delayed or missing, please contact your bank or credit card provider first. If issues persist, email us and we’ll assist further.

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, a request for return must be received within 14 days of receipt of your product.  Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges and all other applicable shipping charges will not be refunded.  Items received with damage will not be eligible for a refund, but a replacement product will be sent.  Pictures of any damage must be taken and filed within 5 days of receipt. Any damage claims filed after 5 days will be null and void.
